The word ephemera means “things that exist or are enjoyed for only a short time.” When Ephemera, the band, was formed during lockdown as an outlet for frustration among friends, the name perfectly captured their initial mindset. Little did they know, their project would grow into something far more enduring and impactful.

Three years, three EPs, and three singles later—all of which have been playlisted by BBC Radio 1’s DJ Alyx Holcombe and featured across numerous media outlets including Revolver magazine —Ephemera are ready to unleash their most powerful and thought-provoking work yet: For Those Afraid To Die. This EP is a testament to their evolution, blending hardcore, metalcore, and melodic sensibilities into a sound that is uniquely their own.
